영문 초록

This study referred to the existing Global PM theory system such as P3M3 (2006) and PRINCE2 (2017) and prior research on PM Maturity by Professor Shin-Bong, Kang (2016). Basically, the global PPP theory system has been studied in advance. For example, I used the World Bank Group, ADB and IDB, which are the leading Multinational Development Bank (MDB), leading global PPP knowledge and experience. In addition, it was based on the Global PPP theory system that I used to develop government PPPs in developing countries, and created and constructed a PM maturity research model for PPP development in developing countries. In particular, the researcher's experience as a consultant and advisor at the World Bank Group and ADB in the past revealed that the following was important. Overseas business development promoted by Korean private companies and public institutions should utilize global financial and PPP systems in developing countries. Accordingly, there must be a sense of the problems that Korea faces in order to enter the global PPP market. In particular, after the Corona 19 pandemic, I wanted to look at the “PM Maturity” of “Project Development Business” necessary to advance to the PPP private development market in developing countries, which is the future market. In addition, Manpower reaffirmed the importance of “PPP, PM Participation”, which is the basis for "maturity of PPP and PM competency". This paper is intended for members of the construction, plant EPC, engineering, and project developer companies in Korea who are working on PPP development projects in developing countries.
