국문 초록

본 연구는 브리콜라주를 높일 수 있는 조직환경 관점에서의 선행요인으로서 OPCE를 제안하고, 그 관계에서 학습민첩성의 조절효과를 실증적으로 규명하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 관련 선행연구 고찰을 통하여 연구가설을 설정하였으며, 국내 중소기업에 종사하는 중간관리자를 대상으로 수집된 264개의 표본자료를 바탕으로실증분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, OPCE는 브리콜라주에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학습민첩성은 이들 관계에서 유의한 정(+)의 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과는사내기업가정신과 학습의 관점에서 브리콜라주를 강화할 수 있는 요인들에 대한 이론적 논의를 확장하는데기여할 수 있으며, 조직 운영과 전략 실행에서 중추적인 역할을 담당하는 중간관리자들의 브리콜라주 역량을제고할 수 있는 실무적인 시사점 또한 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계점 및향후 연구를 위한 제언에 대하여 논의한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to examine the effect of the organizational preparedness for corporate entrepreneur-ship(OPCE) on bricolage, with a particular emphasis on the moderating effect of learning agility. Drawing on literature review of constructs, hypotheses are developed and tested using a hierarchical regression analysis with data collected from 264 middle-level managers in South Korean small and medium sized enterprises. Results find that the OPCE is positively associated with bricolage and learning agility has a moderating effect on the relationship. The finding contributes to deepening a understanding of possible drivers of bricolage from a corporate entrepreneurship and learning perspective. It also provides practical implications for middle-level managers, who play a pivotal role in organizational operation and strategy implementation, to improve their bricolage capability. Limitations and future research directions are discussed.
