영문 초록

In this study, the inhibitory effect of Lactiplantibacillus pentosus BMSE-K006 and K009 against multidrug-resistant strains, such as Enterococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp., Escherichia spp., Pseudomonas spp., Salmonella spp., Klebsiella spp., Enterobacter spp., was to be confirmed. The antimicrobial effect of L. pentosus BMSE-K006 was confirmed higher than L. pentosus BMSE-K009, except for Escherichia coli 1507 CCARM 0236. This study can verify the remarkable antimicrobial effect of LAB isolated from kefir against multidrug-resistant strains, and it is considered that additional studies on the characteristics and safety of probiotics are needed.
