유아교사의 음악교육 인식이 음악교수효능감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 유아교사의 음악교육 인식이 음악교수효능감에 미치는 영향에서 음악적 태도의 매개효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 방법 전라남도 지역에 위치한 유아교사 170명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 설문 문항에 대한 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 Cronbach α 계수로 산출하였고, 음악교육 인식, 음악적 태도, 음악교수효능감 간의 관계를 살펴보기 위하여 Pearson 적률상관분석을 실시하였으며, 음악교육 인식이 음악교수효능감에 미치는 영향에서 음악적 태도가 매개효과를 발휘하는지 살펴보기 위하여 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 3단계 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 음악교육 인식, 음악적 태도 및 음악교수효능감과 각각의 하위 요인 간에 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 이는, 유아교사는 음악교육에 대한 인식이 높을수록 음악적 태도가 높으며, 윰악교수효능감이 증가하는 경향을 보인다는 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 유아교사의 음악교육 인식이 음악교수효능감에 미치는 영향에서 음악적 태도의 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 이는, 유아교사의 음악적 인식이 음악교수효능감에 직접적인 영향을 미치면서 또한, 음악교육 인식이 음악적 태도를 높임으로서 음악교수효능감을 증가시키는 간접효과도 동시에 나타나고 있음을 의미한다. 결론 유아교사에게서 음악교육 인식과 음악교수효능감에 대한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 판단한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyse the mediated effect of musical attitude in the impact on musical teaching efficacy of young children teachers musical education awareness. Methods The survey target was one hundred seventy young children teachers in Jeollanam-do. Cronbach Coefficient was calculated to test reliability of the survey questionnaires for the collected data, and Pearson s Ratio Correlation Analysis was applied to perceive relationship between musical education awareness, musical attitude, and musical teaching efficacy. The third stage of mediating effect analysis from Baron and Kenny(1986) was implemented to see whether the musical attitude acts as the mediated effect on the effect of music education awareness on musical teaching efficacy. Results First, there was significant static correlation in between musical education awareness, musical attitude, musical teaching efficacy, and their subfactor each.. It shows that the young children teachers musical attitude and musical teaching efficacy are tend to be increased by their high musical education awareness. Second, there was a musical attitude s partial mediated effect in the impact on musical teaching efficacy of young children teacher s musical education awareness. This means that the young children teachers musical education awareness directly affects the musical teaching efficamt, and at the same time, it indirectly affects musical teaching efficacy to be increased by the musical education awareness makes the musical attitude gets high. Conclusions This study would be used as basic data for musical education awareness and musical teaching efficacy from young children teachers.
