영문 초록

The sphenoid sinus mucocele can lead to the ophthalmic symptoms such as visual impairment and diplopia etc. The sphenoid sinus mucocele as a cause of isolated oculomotor nerve palsy is a rare disease, and is difficult to diagnose it without radiologic examination. We report a patient with isolated oculomotor nerve palsy that caused by sphenoid sinus mucocele.
