The Professor of Mongolian study department of Dankook Univesirty R.Chultemsuren writes in the paper the outline of oirat mongolian oral literature. R.Chultemsuren is mongolian oral literature scholar with Mongol nationality. According to 2006 year statistics, about 94 percent of the Mongolian population have the same originatation or the same Mongolian ethnicity. 17~18 percent of the population are buriyat, durvud, uriankhai (Altai urinkhai, Tuya urinkhai, Arig uriankhai, Tsaatain urianhai) zakhchin, torgud, uld, myangad, darkhad, barga, uzemchin, khamnigan, chantu. Those ethnic groups speak on different dialectics, lead a unique life style that is different from the khalkha which is the rest 82 percent of the Mongolian population. There are 6 million people with Mongolian origination in the world 4 million of the them speak mongolian language. The language that carries innumerable number of unique intangible cultural heritage in itself. In the present, Mongol nationalities spread over Mongolia, Inner Mongolia of China, buriyat mongol, khalmig mongol in Russian Federation. Generally speaking, it is called Southern mongols, central khalkha and Western Mongolians according to the geographical location. Southern mongols are inner Mongolian mongols, Western mongols are oirats. Western provinces include Gobi-Altai and other western region provinces. Mongol nations have similar oral literature as well as different each unique by its side. The paper contains the special features of oral literature of some ethnic groups- oirat mongol and tuva, kazakhs that have same origin with ancient Turk (돌궐) and paper contains how mongolian and other countries scholars have studied those etchnic groups oral literature. In the oral literature of tuva, khoton, tsaatan there are influences of ancient turkish culture and tradition. The Kazakhs living in Mongolia has saved well their oral literature such as aitis that is used often in every day life. Mongolian oral literature has influenced kazakh liretaruture as well as. It is concluded that the epic song is highly developed among Uriankhai when bii biyelgee dance(body dancing) is prosperous among bayads and khotons.
