국문 초록

경제가 성장하고 도시가 발전함에 따라 시민들의 경제 활동과 삶을 지원할 수 있는 다양한 인프라도 확충되어야 하며, 최근 국내 공공기관들은 발전사업과 같은 해외 투자사업을 전략적으로 추진해오고 있다. 해외 민간투자사업은 다양한 이해관계자 구조를 가지며, 특히 사업을 주도하는 사업주의 관점에서 사업 초기 단계부터 다양한 이해관계자에서 발생 가능한 문제점들을 파악하고 사업추진을 결정해야만 보다 효과적으로 사업을 진행하고 실패 확률을 저감할 수 있다. 본 연구는 수력발전 투자사업을 수행하는 사업주의 관점에서 이해관계자에서 발생 가능한 위험을 사례 분석함으로써 향후 투자사업 추진시 이해관계자 선임, 협상, 의견수렴, 관리방안과 의사결정과정을 개선하는데 있다.

영문 초록

As the economy grows and cities develop, various infrastructures that can support the economic activities and lives of citizens must also be expanded, and Korean public institutions have recently made overseas investments such as power generation. Overseas private investment projects have a diverse stakeholder structure, especially in the perspective of the business owner leading them, to identify and drive the project potential problems from the early stages of the project. This study is designed to identify potential risks for each stakeholder from the perspective of the employer carrying out the hydro-electric investment project and to determine the future stakeholders, negotiations, opinions, and decisions.
