소상공인의 전략적지향성이 기업성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 보다 실행적이며 혁신적인 개념으로서 전략적지향성을 제시하여 기업성과에 미치는 영향과 함께 소상공인에 대한 정부지원서비스가 전략적지향성과 기업성과의 관계에 미치는 조절효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 전략적 지향성의 세 가지 차원 중 고객지향성을 제외한 경쟁지향성과 기술지향성이 기업성과에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 정부지원서비스의 조절효과는 없는 것으로 파악되었다. 이상의 분석결과는 신제품에 대한 정보인식과 사업 적용속도 등의 기술지향성이 소상공인 기업성과를 효과적으로 향상시킬 수 있으며, 전략적 지향성의 세 차원이 소상공인의 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인임에도 불구하고 정부에서 제공되는 지원서비스가 소상공인의 전략적지향성이 충분히 고려하지 않고 있다는 점을 반영하고 있다.

영문 초록

This study suggests the strategic orientation concept and empirically analyzes the effect of the concept on the performance of small and micro business. Also this study analyzes the moderating effect of the governmental supporting service on the relationship between strategic orientation and performance of the business. According to the study among three dimensional strategic orientation, competition orientation and technology orientation except customer orientation have a significant and positive effect on the performance. However, the moderating effect of the governmental supporting service on the relationship between strategic orientations and performance of the business is not provided. On the whole, these results represent though technology orientation such as recognition of information on new products and sensitive application to business effectively improves the performance of small and micro business, and that strategic orientation is an important factor of business performance, governmental supporting service is being provided without sufficient consideration of the strategic orientations of the business.
