보육교사의 조직커뮤니케이션 만족과 긍정성, 자기조절능력이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 보육교사의 조직커뮤니케이션 만족과 긍정성, 자기조절능력이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 함을 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상은 서울· 경기· 인천지역의 국공립어린이집과 직장어린이집에 근무하고 있는 보육교사 360명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구를 위하여 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 t-검증, 일원분산분석, Pearson의 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에 대한 결과는 첫째, 보육교사의 조직커뮤니케이션 만족과 긍정성, 자기조절능력 간에는 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있었으며, 보육교사의 조직커뮤니케이션 만족과 긍정성, 자기조절능력과 심리적 소진 간에는 부적 상관관계로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 긍정성과 자기조절능력, 조직커뮤니케이션 만족 순으로 나타났으며, 심리적 소진에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 보육교사의 소진을 예방하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하며, 보육교사로서 자긍심과 직무만족도를 높이고 전반적인 보육의 질을 향상시켜 영유아의 발달에 긍정적인 영향을 주는데 기여하고자 하는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the childcare teacher s organizational communication satisfaction, positivity, and self-regulation ability on psychological burnout. The subject of the study was data from a survey of 360 childcare teachers working in public and public daycare centers and workplace daycare centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon. For the study, t-test, one-way variance analysis, Pearson s correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 25.0. The results of this study were as follows: First, there was a significant positive correlation between the childcare teacher s organizational communication satisfaction, positivity, and self-regulation ability. appear. Second, childcare teachers positivity, self-regulation ability, and organizational communication satisfaction were in order, and it was found to have an effect on psychological burnout. The results of this study are meaningful to provide basic data to prevent burnout of childcare teachers, and to contribute to positively affect the development of infants and toddlers by enhancing self-esteem and job satisfaction as a childcare teacher, and improving overall childcare quality.
