조선 블록 조립과 트랜스포터 통합 일정계획 알고리즘 개발

국문 초록

오늘날 국내 대형 조선소들은 세계적인 경기침체와 수주 경쟁심화로 선박수주에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 따라 조선소들은 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있으며, 특히 생산성 향상을 통한 원가절감의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 생산성 향상을 위해서는 공정 계획과 현장 계획의 수행일치가 중요하며, 이를 위해 조립공정에서는 공장, 블록운반시간, 운반능력 제약 등 작업현장의 제약을 최대한 반영한 계획이 필요하다. 그러나 기존 조립일정계획에는 트랜스포터의블록 운반시간, 운반능력 제약을 반영하지 않으므로 계획의 수행 불일치를 내포하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 조립공정과 블록운반 장비인 트랜스포터의 제약을 통합적으로 고려하여 Makespan의 최소화를 목표로 하는 통합 일정계획 수립 문제를 다룬다. 통합 일정계획 문제는 NP-hard 문제이므로, 유효한 시간 내에 문제를 해결하기 위해 새로운 이웃 탐색방법을 적용한 타부탐색을 제안한다. 실험은 제약을 통합적으로 고려한 일정계획의 Makespan과 제약을 통합적으로 고려하지 않은 비통합 일정계획의 Makespan을 비교하였으며 통합 일정계획의 결과는 비통합 일정계획에 비해 최대 10% 개선된 결과를 도출하였다.

영문 초록

Today, large domestic shipbuilders are struggling to receive orders to survive the global economic downturn and intensifying competition. Accordingly, shipyards are striving to secure competitiveness, particularly cost reduction through productivity improvement. To improve productivity, matching the execution of a process plan and a site plan are important. Thus, the assembly process of shipbuilding blocks requires a plan that reflects the constraints of the shipyard, including the resource allocation, the block transportation time and capacity of the work place. In this study, the authors establish an integrated scheduling method to minimize Makespan through a comprehensive understanding of the block assembly process and the transporter. The integrated scheduling problem is an NP-Hard problem, therefore, we propose a heuristic algorithm using a tabu search to design. The proposed algorithm uses a new neighborhood search method in the tabu search process. The results show an improvement in the proposed method by up to 10% compared with the plan of the non-integrated schedule method.
