공기업의 윤리경영이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

최근 들어 기업의 윤리경영활동은 생산성 향상, 기업이미지 제고, 투명성 강화, 지배구조의 건전성, 사회공헌, 고객만족 등에 있어 긍정적인 영향을 미침에 따라 기업의 생존을 위한 필수가치 이자 지속가능한 발전을 위한 핵심요소로 인식되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기업의 윤리경영활동이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 연구하기 위해 문헌고찰을 통하여 윤리경영활동(윤리방침, 윤리시스템, 윤리문화)이 조직유효성(조직몰입, 조직시민행동)에 미치는 영향과 이러한 영향 관계에서 조직동일시의 조절적 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 윤리경영활동의 하위요소인 윤리방침, 윤리시스템 및 윤리문화는 모두 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 윤리문화는 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직몰입은 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 윤리시스템 및 윤리문화와 조직시민행동 간의 관계에서 조직동일시는 조절적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 오늘날 윤리경영활동은 기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 선택이 아닌 필수적인 요소로서, 윤리경영 체계를 구축하지 않은 기업은 조직의 성공뿐만 아니라 지속가능한 발전이 불가능하다. 따라서 본 연구를 통하여 기업의 경쟁력 확보와 지속 가능한 발전을 위한 윤리경영활동의 중요성을 다시 한 번 인식시키고, 윤리경영 실천을 위한 전략적인 방향성을 제시하였다는 점을 본 연구의 이론적 및 실무적 의의라 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

Recently, ethics management has a positive impact on productivity improvement, corporate awareness, enhanced transparency, soundness of governance, social contribution, and customer satisfaction, and is recognized as a must for the survival of companies. Therefore, this study empirically verified the effect of ethical management (ethics policy, ethics system, ethics culture) on organizational efficacy (organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior) through literature review to study the effect of ethical management activities on organizational performance and the moderating effect of organizational identification in relation to the relationship between them. Results, First, ethics policy, ethics system and ethics culture have a positive effect on organizational commitment. Second, ethics culture has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Third, organizational commitment has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Finally, organizational identification has a moderating effect on the relationship between ethical system and ethical culture and organizational citizenship behavior. Today, ethical management activities are an essential element, not an option, to enhance a company s competitiveness. Thus, a company that has not established an ethics management system is unable to make sustainable development as well as the success of the organization. Therefore, the theoretical and practical significance of this research is that the research once again recognized the importance of ethical management activities for securing competitiveness and sustainable management of the company, and presented strategic direction for implementing ethical management.
