영문 초록

Suweon # 264 (semi-dwarf upright type) was compared with Minehikali(normal unerect type) under the different fertility, spacing and stand purity. Suweon # 264 was weaker competitor than Minehikali for all of the traits observed. The unhulled grain weight, straw weight and panicle number per hill were highly sensitive characters and grain number per panicle was slightly sensitive character for the competitive ability, and the other characters responded differently by the cultivar. Soil fertility, spacing and seed purity affected differently on the competitive ability of the both cultivars.
