국가 간 비교를 통한 대학생 창업의지 영향 요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 학생들의 창업의지에 대한 체계적인 관찰, 진로선택의사에 영향을 미치는 요인분석, 창업 교육에 관련한 대학의 활동 및 지원에 관하여 연구하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 전국 57개 산학협력선도대학 2,603명을 표본으로 조사되었으며, 50개국 122,509명을 대상으로 조사한 국외 데이터와 비교분석하였다. 국내 대학생들의 창업의지는 국외에 비해 낮은 것으로 조사되었으며, 예술계열 전공학생들의 창업의지가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 국내외 학생들 모두 졸업 직후보다 졸업 5년 후 창업을 선택한 비율이 높았다. 남성이 여성에 비해 창업의지가 높았으며, 부모님이 사업가인 학생들이 그렇지 않은 학생들에 비해 창업의지가 높은 것으로 조사 되었다. 창업의지를 밝혔을 때, 주변 사람들의 인식은 국내가 국외보다 부정적인 것으로 나타났으며, 친구나 학교 동기 등에 비해서 가족 및 친척들의 인식이 더 부정적인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 향후 대학 창업지원사업의 방향성 및 정책입안에 매우 중요하고 유용한 시사점을 제시하는 것이라고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to study the systematic observation of students entrepreneurial intention, factor analysis affecting career choice intention, and the activities and support of university related to entrepreneurship education. The intention of start their own business, Korean college students was somewhat lower than that of domestic students. In addition, both domestic and international students were more likely to choose to start their own business 5 years after graduation than after graduation. In addition, male students were more likely to be entrepreneurs than female students, and students whose parents were own their business were more likely to be entrepreneurs than students who did not. In the case of domestic, When we announced our will to start a business, perceptions of people around us were more negative than domestic ones, and family and relatives perceptions were more negative than those of friends and schools. The results of this study suggest that it is very important and useful implications for the direction and policy making of future university Start-up support project.
