영문 초록

adiological findings. Preservative treatment on this lesion is effective in the majority. When the preservative treatment was failed, stent insertion is an alternative method. The stent insertion in radiologic region is often performed, but endoscopic stent insertion is very rare. We refort one case of this endoscopic stent insertion under fluoroscopy; the spontaneous intramural rupture of the esophagus was successfully by the endoscopic stent insertion.
