영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to propose the production frontier model for multilateral productivity comparisions when undesirable products are taken into account and to estimate the technical efficiency of dairy production incorporating animal waste into a model of dairy production. The data was collected from 95 dairy farmers in the shikaoi. Japan in 1997. From the empirical results, it is turned out to differ whether or not animal waste management was incorporated.
