창업성공요건과 창업존속요건이 재무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 창업성공요건과 창업존속요건, 정부지원프로그램 및 재무성과와의 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 성공한 소상공인을 대상으로 SPSS 18.0 통계패키지를 활용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 상관관계분석 및 회귀분석을 실시했다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째로, 창업자특성(전문성, 혁신성), 창업준비(자금관리, 사업계획서작성) 그리고 고객 중심철학(고객이해, 고객만족)은 재무성과에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째로, 경영관리는 창업자특성과 창업준비와 재무성과 간의 매개효과를 나타냈으나, 고객중심철학과 재무성과 간에는 매개효과를 나타내지 못했다. 셋째로, 정부지원프로그램은 창업자특 성과 경영관리 간에 조절효과를 나타내었다. 마지막으로 창업성공요건은 창업존속요건에, 창업존속요건은 재무성과에 순차적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 본 연구의 시사점은 예비창업자들이 준비와 계획을 통해서 일정수준 역량을 쌓는 가운데 창업성공요건, 창업존속요건 순으로 일정한 프로세스를 거치면 재무성과로 연결된다는 점이며, 정부기관에서 창업관련 정책수립시 본 연구가 실질적인 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of the requirements for successful entrepreneurship, the requirements for the maintenance, government support programs and financial performance. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we conducted frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using successful SPSS 18.0 statistical package. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, entrepreneurial characteristics(specialty, innovativeness), entrepreneurial preparation(financial management, business plan) and customer - oriented philosophy(customer comprehension, customer satisfaction) had a positive effect on financial performance. Second, business management played a mediating role between entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurial preparation and financial performance, but did not have a significant effect on customer -oriented philosophy and financial performance. Third, government support program showed a moderating effect between entrepreneurial characteristics and business management. Finally, the requirements for successful entrepreneurship have a significant impact on the requirements for the maintenance while the requirements for the maintenance have a significant effect on financial performance. The implication of this study is that the preliminary founders are given a certain level of competence through preparation and planning, and the financial performance is given in the order of the requirements for successful entrepreneurship and the requirements for the maintenance. It is expected that this study will be of practical help when establishing policies related to entrepreneurship in government agencies.
