국문 초록

연구 배경: 본 연구는 3차원 발스캐너와 단순 방사선 촬영을 이용하여 노인에서의 여러 가지 발 수치들을 비교하고, 이 결과를 토대로 노인에서 좀 더 적합한 신발을 제작하기 위하여 시행되었다. 방법: 발의 변형이 없는 노인 50명의 발 100족을 대상으로 시행되었다. 3차원 발스캐너(NexcanⓇ, K&I, Korea)를 이용하여 얻은 정보를 분석 프로그램(EnFOOTⓇ, K&I, Korea)을 이용하여 분석하였고, 또한 단순 방사선 정보를 PACS system (PiViewSTAR, INFINITT, Korea)을 통하여 얻은 후, 7가지 발 수치(foot length, inside joint length, outside joint length, ball width, grading point length, vamp height, vamp length)를 비교하였다. 결과: 단순 방사선 사진과 3차원 발스캐너를 이용하여 측정한 7가지 발 수치에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 결론: 3차원 발스캐너는 여러 가지 발 수치의 측정에 유용하게 쓰일 수 있으며, 이를 통하여 노인에 적합한 신발 제작에 도움이 될 것으로 생각한다.

영문 초록

Background: The purpose of this study is to compare the foot dimensions of simple radiography with 3D foot scanner in the eldery and to apply this data to the design of appropriate shoe in the elderly. Methods: Subjects included 100 feet of 50 healthy volunteers without foot deformity. Total 7 foot dimensions (foot length, inside joint length, outside joint length, ball width, grading point length, vamp height, vamp length) were measured with 3D foot scanner (NexcanⓇ, K&I, Korea) and analyzed by program (EnFOOTⓇ, K&I, Korea). Same 7 foot dimensions were measured with the digital imaging and communication in medicine (DICOM) files of the picture archiving communication system (PACS) (PiViewSTAR, INFINITT, Korea) by simple radiography. Results: There were no significant differences between the simple radiograph and 3D foot scanner in the measurement of 7 foot dimensions (P＞0.05). 3D foot scanner can be used in the measurements of various foot dimensions. Conclusion: This capability will be helpful to design appropriate shoe in the elderly.
