국문 초록

본 연구는 동아리학급이라는 새로운 학급운영체제에 적합한 진로교육프로그램을 개발하고 운영하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 국내 진로교육프로그램에 대한 실태 분석과 현장의 기초 분석을 통해 체계적이고 종합적인 프로그램의 개발 방향을 설정하였다. 이러한 방향 설정에 따라 동아리학급의 효율적 운영을 위한 진로교육프로그램을 설계ㆍ개발하였고, 이에 대한 타당성을 확보하기 위하여 전문가에 의한 세부적인 검토 및 현장 실행을 통한 효과성을 검증하였다. 프로그램은 K고의 동아리학급 시간을 고려하여 행복한 삶 3차시, 나의 이해 4차시, 진로탐색 4차시, 학습에 대한 이해 2차시, 진로의사결정 2차시, 진로설계 5차시 등 총 20차시로 구성하였다. 프로그램의 수업방법은 차시마다 도입, 활동, 정리로 구성하였고 이에 따른 구체적인 수업전략들을 제시하였다. 개발된 진로교육프로그램은 전문가 평가를 통해 타당도가 검증되었고, 진로 성숙도 검사를 통해 사후 설계로 그 효과성을 검증한 결과, 프로그램 이수 집단과 미이수 집단 간에 진로성숙 영역 모두에서 유의한 차이가 나타나고 있어, 효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었다.

영문 초록

This study circles , a new class operating system suitable for classroom career education program was undertaken to develop and operate. For this analysis, the actual conditions of local career education programs and field- based analysis of the systematic and comprehensive development of the program was to set the direction. Depending on the setting circles in this direction for the efficient operation of the class career education program designed to ： the development was to ensure the validity of this detailed review by experts and effectiveness were verified through field execution. Circle K deliberate program to allow time for class 3 times happy life, my understanding 4 times, career navigation 4 times, learning to understand the 2 times, career decisions 2 times, career Design 5 times, and were composed of 20 times. Teaching methods for the introduction of the program chasi, activities, and cleanup was made up of specific teaching strategies accordingly presented them. Career education programs developed through the evaluation of the validity verified professionals, and career maturity tests verified its effectiveness through the post- design results, completion of the program group and between groups miyisu career maturity have shown no significant differences in all areas, has proven to be effective.
