영문 초록

The ROK government have imposed and relaxed legal controls to stabilize markets of real estate. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the level of trust and satisfaction about the real estate policy of the Lee Myung-Bak government. This study is to derive primary factors of effecting credibility of the real estate policy and to evaluate both trust and satisfaction levels by considering previous studies and analyzing questionnaires. We collect 600 questionnaires in Seoul metropolitan such as Seoul city and Gyunggi-do. A total of 429 usable questionnaires were used for the survey. The survey data was analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis using SPSS 12.0 to find the relationship among variables. For the more, We use AMOS Ver 16.0 to perform Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA) about the structural equation model We confirm that the level of trust of the Lee's government is not high. The analysis results of this study show that five factors-system, environment, government, procedure, public relations- affect trust in policy. Thus, Scientific reasons are and additional discusses be needed.
