영문 초록

  Maritime Security System in Port logistics is appearing by new international rules. This international rules can act as the invisible trade barriers. After 9·11 terrors in 2001, security problem is appearing to every nations and international organizations main pending issue than any problem and various countermeasure is prepared.
  In case of United States is enforcing of three initiatives as got related SAFE Port Act and marine terror, and adoption of ISPS Code, a series of security measures like establishment of a crew qualifications confirmation agreement are prepared.
  Currently, an American system as the Maritime Security System solidified is spreading all over the world and a Maritime Security basis established by international agreement is accepted to an individual nations. Accordingly, every country is solidifying cooperation with the other country while enhancement a domestic system.
  Therefore, wish to prepare the plan that can apply minimizing side effect in carry out Maritime Security System with bases to the existing security business to cope in such international stream.
