영문 초록

  Purpose: The purpose of this study is to contribute the improvement of school health management and help high school students health care as comparing and analyzing students" satisfaction level and attitude of school health office management, environmental sanitary management and health education. Method: The subject of the study was 492 students of six boys and girls" high schools located in Daegu-city. The data was collected for 30 days from november 1 to november 31. The data were analized with descriptive statistics, t-test, 2 -test using SPSS program. Result: 1) In the satisfaction level of school health office management, the student group having school health teacher was higher than the student group having adjunct teacher (3.33 points and 2.48 points each) and this difference was notable (p＜ 0.001). 2) In the satisfaction level of school environmental sanitation management, the student group having nursing teacher and the other group appeared 2.56 points and 2.44 points. 3) In the satisfactory level of health education, the student group having nursing teacher was higher than the group having adjunct teacher(3.45 points and 2.46 points each) and this difference was notable (p＜ 0.001). 4) In the attitude of nursing management and health education, between the two group was not able difference (p＜ 0.001).
