영문 초록

  Business operation performed in the global environment is very complicate in terms that it is affected by various factors. In a global context, integrated logistics system to support long and complex supply chain is earnestly required. Under the circumstances, multimodal transport system is widely recognized as an methods enabling reliable and flexible response to rapidly changing customer requirement through cooperation and coordination among supply chain elements.   Multimodal transport allows to reduce total logistics costs by combining each mode in the most productive manner. In addition, technical or geographical limitation can be overcome by multimodal system.
