영문 초록

This study was done to provide basic data for clothing construction and thus to contribute to the academic development of the clothing textile area. The focus of this study was to explain the difference in body type based on the age. The data were the measurements of 1, 474 women?s aged 20 to 49, and 21 items are investigated. The results were as follows: 1. as the result of comparative analysis of the body measurements by the age, the height items including stature were deceased with advancing ages, while widths, depths, and girths were increased. 2. three factors were figured out. the first factor was representing volume, and the second factor was representing size and the third factor was shoulder shape. 3. eight groups were categorized according to the factor score.
