국문 초록

본 연구에서는 이주배경 청소년이 겪고 있는 사회적 어려움을 고찰하고 이주배경 청소년의 사회정서능력 향상을 위한 심리운동 적용 방안에 대해 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 탐색 결과 이주배경 청소년은 여전히 환경적으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 부분을 확인할 수 있었으며, 사회정서능력이 일반청소년에 비해 낮은 경향을 확인할 수 있었다. 이주배경 청소년의 사회정서능력을 향상시키기 위한 프로그램이나 활동들이 있었지만 직접적으로 효과를 주는 지원은 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이주배경 청소년의 사회정서능력 향상을 위해 Zimmer와 Schillig의 이론을 중심으로 심리운동 적용방안에 대해 제안하였으며, 이주배경 청소년의 어려움은 크게 정서적 어려움과 의사소통의 어려움으로 심리운동 적용방안에 대해 제안하였다. 이 연구를 바탕으로 향후에 사회정서능력 향상을 위한 심리운동 프로그램이 개발되어 이주배경 청소년과 일반 청소년의 통합된 활동으로 이어지길 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study examines the social difficulties that youth from migration backgrounds are experiencing and improves their social emotional ability I tried to explore how to apply Psychomotorik. As a result of the search, it was found that adolescents with migration backgrounds were still struggling environmentally, and their social and emotional abilities tended to be lower than those of ordinary adolescents. There were programs or activities to improve the social and emotional abilities of youth from migration backgrounds, but it was found that support that directly affected them was not being provided properly. Therefore, in this study, to improve the social emotional ability of youth from migration backgrounds, Psychomotorik application was proposed, focusing on the theories of Zimmer and Schillig, and the difficulties of youth from migration backgrounds were largely emotional and communication difficulties. Based on this study, it is expected that Psychomotorik programs to improve social and emotional abilities will be developed in the future, leading to integrated activities of youth from migrant backgrounds and ordinary youth.
