국문 초록

본 연구는 생성형 AI 기술이 미디어⋅저널리즘 분야에 도입되면서 발생하는 주요 법적 쟁점들을 허위정보 유통, 저작권 귀속, 개인정보 보호라는 세 축을 중심으로 체계적으로 분석하고, 한국 현실에 부합하는 실효적 법⋅제도적 대응 방안을 제시하였다. 특히 단순한 규제 설계를 넘어, 한국 문화콘텐츠 산업의 글로벌 경쟁력 강화와 창작 생태계 활성화라는 산업적 관점을 통합하여 '창작 친화적 규제 모델'을 제시했다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다. 다만 본 연구는 문헌연구 중심의 접근으로 인해 실제 이해관계자들의 다양한 관점을 충분히 반영하지 못한 한계가 있다. 향후 한국형 규제 모델의 실효성 검증을 위한 실증연구와 멀티모달 AI 등 신기술이 미디어 분야에 미치는 영향에 대한 선제적 연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study systematically analyzes major legal challenges arising from generative AI technology in media and journalism, focusing on disinformation circulation, copyright attribution, and privacy protection. We propose a Korean-style regulatory model that balances innovation with rights protection, contributing to establishing AI media governance frameworks that strengthen Korea's cultural content industry competitiveness. However, this study has limitations in that it relied primarily on literature review methods without sufficiently reflecting diverse perspectives from actual stakeholders. Future research should include empirical studies to verify the effectiveness of the Korean regulatory model and proactive research on the impact of emerging technologies such as multimodal AI on the media sector.
