This study aims to quantitatively verify the effectiveness of corrective feedback on Korean L2 speaking and to propose directions for future research. A meta-analysis synthesized 52 effect sizes (k = 52) extracted from nine experimental studies with Korean learners. The overall effect size was estimated, and explicit feedback was compared with implicit feedback (recasts). Potential moderators- publication type, proficiency level, target of feedback (grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation), and posttest timing (immediate vs. delayed)- were examined. The analysis indicated a large overall effect (g = 0.866, 95% CI = 0.692 ~ 1.039). Although the effect size for implicit feedback exceeded that for explicit feedback, the difference was not statistically significant. Among the moderators, only the target of feedback showed a significant difference; no significant effects were observed for the remaining variables. This study provides a comprehensive synthesis of corrective feedback effects on Korean L2 speaking and suggests avenues for future research. Limitations remain in the restricted number of primary studies and insufficient refinement of moderator variables.
