의료정보 이용에 관한 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 최근 10년간(2015~2024) 국내에서 수행된 의료정보 이용 관련 연구의 전반적 동향과 주제 구조를 파악하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 NetMiner 4.0 프로그램을 활용한 키워드 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 의료정보 이용 검색어를 설정하여 도출된 문헌 중 최종 38편의 논문의 키워드를 주제어 빈도분석, 연결중심성분석, 응집구조분석을 한 결과 다음과 같다. 빈도높은 주제어는 온라인 건강정보, 의료정보, 보건위원회, 건강정보문해력 이었다. 연결 중심성이 높은 주제어는 생명윤리및안전에 관한 법률, 기관생명윤리위원회, 전문가지식, 빅데이터 등 이었다. 응집구조분석은 커뮤니티 집단은 4 집단이었다. 1집단은 의료정보 접근성과 커뮤니케이션, 2집단은 의료정보 법·윤리 체계, 3집단은 디지털 헬스와 정신건강, 4집단은 생명윤리와 의료정보 활용으로 구성되었다. 이러한 동향은 의료정보 활용이 기술·사회·윤리 전 영역에 걸쳐 복합적으로 전개되고 있음을 시사한다. 향후 연구는 환자 중심의 정보 접근성 강화, 법적 규제 개선, 디지털 헬스의 안전성·효과성 검증, 윤리적 거버넌스 체계 강화에 중점을 둘 필요가 있었다.

영문 초록

This study examined overall research trends and thematic structures related to the use of medical information. The keywords of 38 papers derived from the RISS (Research Information Service) search terms for medical information use from 2015 to 2024 were analyzed using the NetMiner 4.0 program. The results of a network analysis using the keywords were as follows. The most frequent keywords were online health information, medical information, Institutional Bioethics Committee and health information literacy. Keywords with high degree centrality included the Korean Bioethics and Biosafety Act, Institutional Bioethics Committee, expert knowledge, and big data. Cohesive structure analysis revealed four community groups. Group 1 focused on medical information accessibility and communication, Group 2 on medical information law and ethics, Group 3 on digital health and mental health, and Group 4 on bioethics and medical information utilization. These trends suggest that medical information utilization is unfolding in a complex manner across technological, social, and ethical domains. Future research needs to focus on strengthening patient-centered information accessibility, improving legal regulations, verifying the safety and effectiveness of digital health, and strengthening ethical governance systems.
