농촌지역 독거노인의 자살생각 구조모형 검증

국문 초록

본 연구는 Bronfenbrenner(1979)의 생태체계이론을 근거로 농촌지역 독거노인의 자살생각에 영향을 주는 변수들의 영향요인을 설명하고 예측구조모형을 구축하여 농촌지역 독거노인의 자살생각을 감소시켜주는 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도하였다. 2025년 6월부터 7월까지 독거노인 312명을 대상으로 하였고 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 28.0을 이용하였고, 빈도분석, 분산분석, t검증, 상관분석을 하였다. IBM AMOS 28.0통계 Package를 이용하여, 가설모형의 부합도 및 가설검증을 위한 공분산 구조분석을 하였고, 경로계수는 최대 우도법을 이용하였다. 본 연구결과는 아래와 같으며, 5개의 외생변수와 2개의 내생변수를 가지고 가설적 부합도를 높이기 위해서 수정모형에서는 사회적지지, 스트레스가 자살생각으로 가는 경로가 제외되었다. 수정모형의 전반적인 부합지수 결과는 기초적합지수(GFI) .946, 조정적합지수(AGFI) .912, 잔차평균자승이중근(RMR) .066, 근사오차평균자승의 이중근(RMSEA) .050, 비교적합지수(CFI) .983, 표준적합지수(NFI) .963의 적합도를 보여 가설모형과 약간의 차이가 있어 수정모형을 확정하였다. 수정모형의 검정결과, 자살은 자아존중감, 가족지지, 스트레스, 우울에 의해 영향을 받는 중요한 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to provide basic data for developing a program to reduce suicidal ideation of among older adults living alone in rural areas by explaining the influencing factors of variables that affect suicidal ideation among this population based on Bronfenbrenner’s (1979) and constructing a predictive structural model. The subjects were 312 older adults living alone, and data were collected using a questionnaire from June 1 to July 30, 2025. Data were analyzed using SPSS 28.0, and frequency analysis, analysis of variance, t-test, and correlation analysis were performed. Covariance structure analysis was performed to verify the fit of the hypothesis model and hypothesis using IBM AMOS 28.0 statistical package, and the path coefficient was calculated using the maximum likelihood method. The results of this study are as follows. In order to increase the fit of the hypothesis with five exogenous variables and two endogenous variables, the paths of social support and stress leading to suicidal ideation were excluded in the modified model. The test results of the modified model confirmed that suicidal ideation was an important factor affected by self-esteem, family support, stress, and depression.
