현대중국어 ‘V出O(来/去)’ 구조의 기점 논항의 운율 특징과 비지시성 - ‘從OV出(來/去)’ 구조와의 대조를 중심으로

국문 초록

본고에서는 전치사 ‘從’이 사용된 ‘從OV出(来/去)’ 구조와의 비교를 통해, ‘V出O(来/去)’ 구조의 기점 논항이 가지고 있는 운율적 특징과 비지시적 의미에 대해 집중적으로 논의를 하였고, 또한 이러한 형식과 의미특징의 원인에 대해 탐구하였다. 우선 본고는 관형어의 부각이라는 방법을 통해 ‘V出O(来/去)’ 구조의 기점 논항의 운율 특징에 대해 검증을 하였고, 또한코퍼스 통계 조사를 통해 ‘V出O(来/去)’ 구조의 기점 논항의 음절 분포를 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 하여 본고는 ‘V出O(来/去)’ 구조의 기점 논항은 짧은 음절을 선호하는 경향성을 확인하였다. 아울러 본고는 이러한 경향성에 대해 현대중국어의 운율 규칙, 언어유형론의 연결어(relator) 원리 그리고 ‘出’과 ‘從’의 문법화 정도의 차이와 밀접한 관련이 있다고 보았다. 다음으로, ‘V出O(来/去)’ 구조에서는 의문대명사가 나타나지 않으므로 ‘V出O(来/去)’ 구조의 기점 논항은 비지시성을 띠고 있다고 논의하였다. 이러한 지시성에 대한 배척은 본고는 인간이 동일한 사건 장면에 대한 상이한 개념화 방식에서 비롯된 것으로 보았다. 즉 사건을 요약 주사로 인식하면 ‘V出O(来/去)’ 구조로 해석되고, 연속 주사로 인식하면 ‘從OV出(来/去)’ 구조로 해석된다.

영문 초록

This paper concentrates on exploring the prosody feature and inreferentiality of the source argument of VchuO(lai/qu) by comparing it with those in the congOVchu(lai/qu). First, this paper tests the prosody feature of the source argument of VchuO(lai/qu) with the manner of adding noun modifier to the head noun. In addition, the syllable distribution of the source argument of VchuO(lai/qu) through statistical is analyzed through using corpus. From this, it is concluded that there is some tendency that the source argument of VchuO(lai/qu) prefer the short syllable to the others. On the basis of that, this paper claims that this kind of rhythmical tendency is closely connected with the prosody rules, relator principle in a linguistic typological approach, and the degree of grammaticalization of chu. Second, because of the impossibility of interrogative pronoun in the position of the source argument of VchuO(lai/qu), the source argument of VchuO(lai/qu) excludes the referentialitive meaning. This paper asserts the reason of this inreferentiality of the source argument of VchuO(lai/qu) is correlated with scanning manners of the same event scene in Cognitive Grammar. In another word, the scanning manner of VchuO(lai/qu) is summary scanning, so there is no possibility of the inreferentialitive component. However, differently, the scanning manner of congOVchu(lai/qu) is sequential scanning, so it can give permission to the inreferentialitive component.
