滕州市特色农业高质量发展与乡村共同富裕路径研究

국문 초록

As a key agricultural city in southern Shandong, Tengzhou has actively promoted the high-quality development of its characteristic agriculture under the guidance of the national strategies of “Rural Revitalization” and “Common Prosperity”. Based on the theories of agricultural economics and regional development, this paper analyzes the current situation, existing problems, and the internal logic linking characteristic agriculture to common prosperity in Tengzhou. The findings show that the city has formed a diversified industrial system centered on vegetables, fruits, and traditional Chinese medicinal materials. However, it still faces bottlenecks such as short industrial chains, low value-added levels, and insufficient technological and organizational capacity. The high-quality development of characteristic agriculture serves as a crucial pathway toward achieving common prosperity, operating through three key mechanisms: driving income growth through industrial upgrading, promoting regional balance through factor integration, and ensuring sustainability through green development. The study proposes enhancing technological innovation, brand building, and institutional coordination to establish an open and efficient modern agricultural system, thereby fostering a pattern of strong agriculture, beautiful countryside, and prosperous farmers.

영문 초록

滕州市作为鲁南重要农业市，在“乡村振兴”与“共同富裕”战略引领下，积极推动特色农业高质量发展。本文基于农业经济学与区域发展理论，分析滕州市特色农业现状、问题及其与共同富裕的内在逻辑。研究发现，滕州已形成以蔬菜、果品、中药材为支柱的多元产业体系，但仍存在产业链短、附加值低、科技与组织化水平不足等瓶颈。特色农业高质量发展是实现共同富裕的重要路径，其逻辑在于通过产业升级带动增收、以要素融合促进均衡、以绿色发展支撑可持续。文章提出，应以科技创新、品牌建设和制度协同为抓手，构建开放高效的现代农业体系，推动农业强、农村美、农民富的共富格局。
