국문 초록

With the development of high-quality healthcare data and ICT technology, everyone agrees and is increasingly interested in the value of utilizing healthcare MyData. The government announced that it will fully implement the MyData project in the healthcare field, which has a large ripple effect. However, although the government is establishing and providing policies and services for healthcare MyData, the awareness and participation of actual information subjects are still low. The healthcare MyData project is structured so that businesses use the data provided by information subjects with their consent to provide various services and generate profits. In this process, the participation of data providers is essential, and the scale and quality of the provided data can be said to be key factors that determine the success of the project. In this situation, it is meaningful to study ways to establish a virtuous cycle system for healthcare MyData by studying effective participation inducing methods that allow information subjects to voluntarily participate in the sustainable healthcare MyData project. Accordingly, this study compared and analyzed the status of information subject participation in overseas healthcare MyData and domestic financial MyData services, derived factors that hinder information subject participation, and presented institutional, technological, and cognitive implications for inducing information subject participation in healthcare MyData in Korea.
