졸업학년 간호대학생의 취업불안, 학업스트레스, 그릿이 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 졸업학년 간호대학생의 취업불안, 학업스트레스, 그릿 및 취업준비행동의 수준과 이들 간의 관계를 파악하고, 취업준비행동의 영향요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상자는 A시 일 대학의 4학년 간호대학생을 대상으로 133명을 편의표집하였으며, 구조화된 설문지를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0프로그램을 사용하였으며, 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson 상관계수, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 평균점수는 취업불안 3.13점, 그릿 3.22점, 학업스트레스 2.47점, 취업준비행동 2.58점이었다. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 취업준비행동에서 유의한 차이는 없었다. 취업준비행동은 취업불안(r=.252, p=.003), 그릿(r=.178, p=.040)과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 학업스트레스(r=-.101, p=.246)와는 관계가 없었다. 졸업학년 간호대학생의 취업준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 회귀모형은 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다(F=8.53, p<.001). 취업준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 취업불안(β=.41, p<.001), 그릿(β=.28, p=.003) 순으로 나타났으며, 이들 변수의 설명력은 14.6%였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 졸업학년 간호대학생의 취업준비행동을 증진시키기 위해서 학업스트레스 관리와 그릿을 향상시키기 위한 교육 프로그램개발이 요구된다.

영문 초록

This descriptive study aimed to assess the levels of job-seeking anxiety, academic stress, grit, and employment preparation behavior among senior nursing students, and to identify factors influencing employment preparation behavior. A total of 133 fourth-year nursing students from a university in City A were recruited through convenience sampling and data were collected using structured questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0, employing descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Scheffé tests, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. The mean scores were 3.13 for job-seeking anxiety, 3.22 for grit, 2.47 for academic stress, and 2.58 for employment preparation behavior. No significant differences in employment preparation behavior were found according to general characteristics. Employment preparation behavior showed significant positive correlations with job-seeking anxiety (r=.252, p=.003) and grit (r=.178, p=.040), but no significant correlation with academic stress (r=–.101, p=.246). The regression model for employment preparation behavior was statistically significant (F= 8.53, p<.001). Job-seeking anxiety (β=.41, p< .001) and grit (β=.28, p=.003) were significant predictors, explaining 14.6% of the variance in employment preparation behavior. These findings suggest the need for educational programs to enhance grit and manage academic stress to promote employment preparation behavior among senior nursing students.
