국문 초록

양항 벌크화물 처리 과정은 선사, 하역사, 항만공사 등 다양한 이해관계자가 참여하고 있으나, 협업 시스템의 부재로 인해 정보 단절과 업무 지연이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 광양 벌크항만을 대상으로 실시간 정보 공유 시스템 분석과 설계에 초점을 두었다. 요구사항 정의서와 응용 기능 분해도를 기반으로 핵심 기능을 도출하였으며, 선적작업·입출항 지원 등 주요 업무 프로세스를 체계화하였다.
