국문 초록
Marx's idea of justice is formed in the examination and criticism of capitalist justice. The “justice” of capitalism is historically class justice, which is based on the theory of labor theory of value, and through the ideological value modification to justify the capitalist wage labor. Marx examined capitalist relations of production historically through the appearance of exchange justice, exposing the systemic roots of capitalism's “injustices” and piercing its falsehoods of freedom, equality, and justice. In the examination of capitalist justice, Marx's idea of justice implies a profound philosophical foundation of historical generation, focusing on human emancipation and human development, and full of the idea of distributive justice, which is based on the materialist view of history to envision the double pattern of justice. Marx's scrutiny of the justice of capitalism and his construction of justice for communism are valuable resources for the cause of fairness and justice in contemporary China, providing the institutional premise and value purpose for realizing the common wealth in contemporary China.
