간호대학생의 공감능력, 의사소통능력이 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향 - 3, 4학년을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 공감능력, 의사소통능력, 대인관계능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자실시하였다. 자료 수집은 C시 지역의 간호대학생 3, 4학년 199명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는SPSS/WIN 20.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 빈도와 백분율, 평균 및 표준편차를 사용한 기술통계와 함께, t-검정, 일원분산분석(ANOVA), Pearson 상관계수, 다중회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과, 대인관계능력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 대학생활만족도가 ‘보통’인 경우(β=-.222, p=.005), 건강상태가 ‘보통’인 경우(β=-.218, p<.001)와‘나쁜’ 경우(β=-.195, p=.002)가 대인관계능력에 부정적인 영향요인으로 나타났으며, 친구 수가 ‘3-5명’인 경우(β=.158, p=.015)와‘6명 이상’인 경우(β=.237, p=.033), 공감능력(β=.140, p=.009), 의사소통능력(β=.353, p<.001)이 대인관계능력에 긍정적인 영향 요인으로확인되었으며, 이들 변수들이 대인관계능력을 설명하는 설명력은 44.0%로 나타났다. 이에 따라 대인관계능력을 증진시키기 위해서는 긍정적인 사고와 적극적인 행동을 바탕으로, 대학생활만족도를 높이고건강관리 및 교우관계를 향상시킬 수 있도록 개인의 노력과 학교환경 개선이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to identify factors influencing empathy, communication skills, and interpersonal relationship competence among nursing students. Data were collected from 199 third- and fourth-year nursing students in City C and analyzed using SPSS/WIN 20.0 with descriptive statistics, Statistical analyses included independent sample t-tests, analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson correlation coefficients, and hierarchical multiple regression. The results showed that moderate college life satisfaction (β=-0.22, p=.005), moderate health (β=-0.21, p<.001), and poor health (β=-0.19, p=.002) negatively affected interpersonal competence. In contrast, having 3–5 friends (β=0.15, p=.015), more than 6 friends (β=0.23, p=.033), empathy (β=0.14, p=.009), and communication skills (β=0.35, p<.001) were positive predictors. These variables explained 44.0% of the variance in interpersonal competence. To enhance interpersonal competence, it is necessary to foster positive thinking, improve health and peer relationships, and increase college life satisfaction through personal effort and institutional support.
