국문 초록

China has been a multi-ethnic and unified power since ancient times. The effective solution of ethnic issues plays an important and positive role in the development of the construction cause promoted by the party and the state. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping has made many important speeches based on the relevant theories of Marxism and the policy discourse of “forging a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation”. Combined with the spirit of Xi Jinping’s important speech on promoting the development of the western region, this paper aims to promote the high-quality development of the party’s ethnic work on the new journey, and on the basis of the exposition of dialogue theory, from multiple different perspectives such as main time nodes, discourse practice and different development stages, etc., to deepen and focus on the discourse transmutation of the Chinese national community consciousness in the new era.

영문 초록

中国自古以来便是一个多民族的统一大国。有效地解决好民族问题对于党、国家推行的建设事业发展起到重要的积极影响。党的十八大以来，习近平根据马克思主义的相关理论，基于“铸牢中华民族共同体意识”这一政策话语发表了多次重要讲话。本论文结合有关习近平关于推动西部大开发的重要讲话精神，目的在于推进新征程上党的民族工作高质量发展，在对话语理论阐述的基础上，从主要时间节点、话语实践以及不同发展阶段等多个不同的视角深入、重点研究新时代铸牢中华民族共同体意识的话语嬗变。
