국문 초록
Education in ethnic minority areas is an important part of China’s education system, and the subject teaching ability of primary school teachers directly affects the quality of education and ethnic unity. Based on the theory of subject teaching knowledge, the theory of culturally responsive teaching, and the theory of social culture, this paper systematically analyzes and constructs the connotation and composition of the subject teaching ability of primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic minority areas, and proposes paths to enhance teachers’ ability through updating the subject teaching concepts and knowledge of primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic minority areas, optimizing the pre-service training of primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic minority areas, strengthening the post-service training of primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic minority areas, and improving the organizational guarantee for the subject teaching of primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic minority areas. The aim is to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the construction of the teacher team in ethnic minority areas.
영문 초록
民族地区教育是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,其中小学教师学科教学能力直接影响教育质量与民族团结。本文基于学科教学知识理论、文化回应教学理论、社会文化理论,系统分析建构了民族地区中小学教师学科教学能力的内涵与构成,提出通过更新民族地区中小学教师学科教学理念与知识、优化民族地区中小学教师学科教学的职前培养、强化民族地区中小学教师学科教学的职后培训、完善民族地区中小学教师学科教学的组织保障等路径提升教师能力,旨在为民族地区教师队伍建设提供理论参考与实践指导。
