국문 초록

본 연구는 PBL을 적용한 유아사회교육 수업이 예비유아교사의 사회적 교수효능감과 대인관계역량에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 경기도 소재 S대학교 유아교육과 재학생 22명을 대상으로 단일집단 실험연구를 설계하였다. 실험은 2025년 5월 초부터 6월 중순까지 6주간 진행되었으며, 수업 전후로 실시한 사회적 교수효능감 및 대인관계역량 검사 결과를 대응표본 t-검정을 통해 분석하여 수업의 효과성을 검증하였다. 연구 결과 PBL 기반 유아사회교육에 참여한 예비유아교사의 사회적 교수효능감 전체와 하위변인 및 대인관계역량 전체와 하위 변인 중 협동력의 사전-사후 점수가 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 교육 현장에서 PBL을 적용한 유아사회교육의 효과성을 규명함으로써, 예비유아교사의 직무 역량을 향상시키고 유아 사회성 발달을 도울 수 있는 PBL 중심의 교원양성 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study designed a single group experimental study with 22 students from the Department of Early Childhood Education at S University in Gyeonggi-do to confirm the effect of PBL-applied early childhood education classes on the social teaching efficacy and interpersonal competency of pre-child teachers. The experiment was conducted for six weeks from early May to mid-June in 2025, and the results of the social teaching efficacy and interpersonal competency test conducted before and after class were analyzed through the corresponding sample t-test to verify the effectiveness of the class. As a result of the study, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference in the overall social teaching efficacy of pre-child teachers who participated in PBL-based early childhood social education, and the pre-post scores of cooperative power among the total and total sub-variables and interpersonal competencies and sub-variables. This study is significant in that it can be used as basic data for the development of PBL-centered teacher training programs that can improve the job competence of pre-child teachers and help early childhood social development by examining the effectiveness of PBL-applied early childhood social education in the educational field.
