국문 초록

이 연구는 특수학교 교사의 민감성과 교사효능감이 수업실행에 미치는 구조 관계를 분석하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이 연구의 특수학교 교사 240명이며, 설문 문항은 민감성 15문항, 교사효능감 15문항, 수업실행 15문항, 총 45문항을 구성하였다. 이 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수학교 교사의 민감성은 교사효능감에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특수학교 교사의 민감성은 수업실행에 직접적인 영향을 주지 않았다. 셋째, 특수학교 교사의 교사효능감은 수업실행에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으나, 필요조건에 한정하였다. 넷째, 특수학교 교사의 민감성은 교사효능감을 매개하여 수업실행에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 결과적으로 특수학교 교사의 교사효능감은 수업실행을 촉진하는 핵심 요인이며, 교사의 민감성을 전문성의 한 요소로 인식하고 양성과정과 현직 연수에서 체계적으로 강화가 요구됨을 이 연구에서는 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted as a survey research to analyze the structural relationship between sensitivity, teacher efficacy, and instruction performance special education teachers. The questionnaire consisted of 15 items on sensitivity, 15 items on teacher efficacy, and 15 items on instruction performance, totaling 45 items. A total of 240 questionnaires were collected from special education teachers. first, The sensitivity of special education teachers was found to have an effect on teacher efficacy. second, The sensitivity of special education teachers did not have a statistically significant effect on instruction performance. third, it was found that the efficacy of special education teachers was impacted by instruction performance. fourth, The sensitivity of special education teachers was found to have a significant effect on instruction performance when mediated by teacher efficacy. Therefore, this study suggests that the improvement of instruction performance special education teachers is structured in a way that is influenced by factors such as teacher efficacy.
