국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 중국 소수민족 지역 유아교사의 사회적 지지가 직업행복감에 미치는 영향에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 수행하였다. 이는 직업행복감 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하며, 유아교사의 전문성 제고와 인력 기반 강화에 기여하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 연구대상은 연변지역에 소재한 유치원에 재직 중인 유아교사 239명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 27.0을 사용하여 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하였고, Baron과 Kenny의 방법을 적용하여 매개효과를 분석하였다. SPSS Process macro의 Model 4를 통해 매개효과를 확인하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 유아교사의 사회적 지지와 긍정심리자본, 직업행복감 간에는 정적 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 사회적 지지가 직업행복감에 미치는 영향에서 긍정심리자본이 부분 매개 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구는 중국 소수민족 지역 유아교사의 사회적 지지가 직업행복감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것과 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 검증하는 것에 의의가 있다. 이는 직업행복감을 높이기 위해 사회적 지지 체계와 긍정심리자본을 강화하는 방안을 효과적으로 모색해야 할 필요성을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study examined how positive psychological capital mediates the relationship between social support and professional happiness among preschool teachers in China’s ethnic minority areas, providing data to enhance professional happiness and strengthen teacher professionalism. Methods: An online survey was conducted with 239 Early Childhood teachers working in kindergartens located in the Yanbian region. Data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0, including descriptive and correlation analyses. The mediating effect was evaluated via Baron and Kenny’s method and verified using Model 4 of the SPSS PROCESS macro. Results: First, social support, psychological capital, and professional happiness were positively correlated. Second, psychological capital partially mediated the relationship between social support and professional happiness. Conclusion: This study examined how social support influences the professional happiness of preschool teachers in China’s ethnic minority areas and verified the mediating role of positive psychological capital, highlighting the need to strengthen both to enhance professional happiness.
