국문 초록

연구목적: 이 연구의 목적은 보완대체의사소통(AAC) 중재가 언향적 단계의 중도 뇌성마비 아동의 요구하기와 수업 참여도에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하는 것이었다. 연구방법: 연구 참여아동은 특수학교에 재학 중인 중도뇌성마비아동1명이었다. 연구 설계는 행동간 중다간헐기초선 설계를 적용하였다. AAC 중재에 사용된 도구는 단일 메시지 녹음형 음성산출 도구였으며, 상징은 KAAC 상징, 기법은 직접 선택 기법, 의사소통 속도 증진 전략으로 색깔 부호화 전략을사용하였다. 종속변인은 행위 요구, 사물 요구, 수업 참여도 변화였다. 연구결과: 첫째, AAC 중재는 언향적 단계 중도 뇌성마비 아동의 사물 요구하기와 행위 요구하기 표현에 효과적이었다. 둘째, AAC 중재는 언향적 단계 중도 뇌성마비 아동의 수업 참여도 향상에 효과적이었다. 논의및 결론: 이 연구의 결과는 특수교육 현장 교사들에게 언향적 단계의 중도중복장애 아동에 대한 AAC 중재에 유용한 정보를 제공할 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Augmentative and Alternative Communication(AAC) intervention on the requesting and class participation of a perlocutionary child with severe cerebral palsy. Method: The participants were a girl with severe spastic cerebral palsy enrolled in a special school. Her language level was preintentional behavior level. This study was designed by the multiple probe baseline across behaviors. The target behaviors were object requesting, behavior requesting and class participation skill. For the AAC intervention, the least-to most prompt hierarchy and mid tech AAC aids were used. Results: AAC intervention was effected on the change of object requesting, behavior requesting and class participation of a perlocutionary child with severe cerebral palsy. Conclusion: This study will provide useful information about AAC intervention for perlocutionary students with severe and multiple disabilities.
