국문 초록

연구목적: 놀이학습공동체 기반 보육과정 컨설팅에 참여한 영유아 교사들의 경험을 통해, 교사들이 영유아의 놀이를 바라보는 시선의 변화와 교육내용을 매개로 놀이 속 배움을 새롭게 이해하는 과정을 심층적으로 탐구하였다. 연구방법: 0~3세반 담임교사 9명과 컨설턴트가 함께 참여한 놀이학습공동체 기반 보육과정 컨설팅에 대한 사례연구를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, '놀이를 보는 시선열어가기'에서는 '정해진 틀 안에서의 놀이에 균열 일으키기', '내려놓기를 통해 놀이에 새롭게주목하기‘'로 나타났다. 둘째, '교육내용으로 놀이 속 배움 바라보기'에서는 '교육과정실행의 장에서 배움 마주하기', '놀이 속 다양한 배움을 교육내용으로 포착하기', '놀이와 교육내용 잇기를 통해 교육과정 실행의 변화 이끌기'로 나타났다. 논의 및 제언: 영유아교사는 놀이속 배움에 주목하고, 이를 교육내용과 연결함으로써 교육과정 실행에 변화를 가능하게 하였다. 이에 놀이학습공동체 기반 보육과정 컨설팅이 국가수준 영유아교육과정의 실행력 제고와 교사전문성 함양을 지원하는교사교육의대안적관점이될수있음을시사하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study aims to understand changes in early childhood teachers' perspective on play and educational content through curriculum consulting based on learning communities. Method: A case study was conducted involving consultations between nine early childhood teachers and a consultant. Results: First, in “Opening new ways of seeing play,” the two aspects emerged: “Cracking the frames of prescribed play” and “Rediscovering play through the practice of letting go”. Second, in “Understanding learning in play through educational contents” the following points were identified: “Facing learning in curriculum implementation”, “Capturing various learning in play as educational contents” and “Enhancing curriculum implementation through connecting play and educational contents”. Conclusion: Teachers came to focus on learning in play and connected it with the educational content, which enabled changes in curriculum implementation.
