국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 제주도교육청의 마을교육공동체 정책 및 사업에서 추진한 학교-마을 연계프로그램 운영 사례를 통해 마을교육공동체 지속가능성의 요인을 탐색하고 시사점을 제시하는것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 본 연구에서는 제주도의 35개교에서 제출한 ‘2023년 학교-마을연계 프로그램 운영 계획서와 결과 보고서’를 대상으로 Netminer를 활용하여 텍스트 네트워크분석을 수행해 특징을 분석했다. 또한 7명의 연구 참여자를 통해 12개월 동안 지속적인 면담을진행하여 질적 데이터를 수집하고 의미를 분석했다. 연구결과: 첫째, 학교-마을 연계 프로그램의특징은 교육 내용과공간의확장이이루어졌지만, 학교-마을 연계는 어려운 과제로 나타났다. 둘째, 마을 고유의 역사적·문화적·환경적 특성에 기반한 교육 프로그램 운영이 나타났고, 학교와마을의 교육공동체성을 강화하기 위해서는 행정기관의 역할이 강조되었다. 셋째, 학교-마을 연계프로그램 운영의 지속가능성 요인으로는 호혜성, 공동선, 안정성이 나타났다. 결론: 첫째, 학교마을 연계 프로그램의 특징은 마을의 생태 환경, 역사, 문화 등과 관련한 교육 내용과 공간의확장이 이루어졌지만, 여전히 학교-마을 연계는 어려운 과제이다. 둘째, 마을 고유의 역사적·문화적·환경적 특성에 기반한 교육 프로그램 운영과 행정기관의 역할이 중요하다. 셋째, 지속가능성요인(호혜성, 공동선, 안정성)으로 구성된 지속가능한 마을교육공동체의 교육생태계 구축이 필요하다

영문 초록

Purpose: This study aims to explore the sustainability of village educational communities and implications by cases of school-village linkage program. Method: For this study, text network analysis was conducted on the 2023 program plans and result reports submitted by 35 schools. And qualitative data was interviewed with 7 participants. Results: The major findings showed that the expansion of educational contents and spaces, the challenges of linking school and village, the implementation of educational programs, and the emphasized role of administrative agencies. Factors contributing to sustainability include reciprocity, the common good, and stability. Conclusion: First, the characteristic of programs linking schools and villages is that educational content and spaces related to the ecological environment, history, and culture. Second, it is important to operate educational programs based on the historical, cultural, and environmental characteristics. Third, it is necessary to build an educational ecosystem for a sustainable village educational community composed of sustainability factors
