국문 초록

연구목적: 이 연구의 목적은 다차원적 정책분석 모형에 기초하여 학교와 지역사회를 연결하는교육 중간지원조직의 운영 정책 방향을 탐색하는 데 있다. 연구방법: 같은 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해, 국내외(한국과 일본) 교육 중간지원조직의 운영사례를 종합적으로 분석함으로써 교육중간지원조직의 기능과 역할을 최적화하기 위한 운영 정책 방향을 탐색하였다. 연구결과: 규범적 차원에서는 학교 안팎 교육을 통합한 평생교육(생애학습) 패러다임을 추구해야 할 것을 제안하였고, 구조적 차원에서는 중간지원조직을 둘러싼 관계 구조를 재정립해야 한다는 점을 제안하였다. 구성적 차원에서는 학교-지역사회 연계에 관한 전문 인력 확보를 제안하였으며, 기술적 차원에서는 중간지원조직의 독립적, 안정적 운영을 위한 시스템을 제안하였다. 결론 및 제언: 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 교육 중간지원조직의 역할과 기능 강화를 위한 운영 정책 방향을제시하였다

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the operation direction of the intermediate support organization for local educational governance based on the multidimensional policy analysis model. Method: To achieve this purpose, we comprehensively analyzed the operation cases in Korea and Japan to explore the operation direction of the educational intermediate support organization to optimize the function and role of the intermediate support organization for for local educational governance. Results: The operation direction for strengthening the role and function of the educational intermediate support organization was largely divided into the normative, structural, constitutive, and technical dimensions. Conclusion: Based on these findings, the direction of policy on operation educational intermediate support organizations for local educational governance was suggested to strengthen the role and function of the educational intermediate support organizations.
