국문 초록

고령화 심화로, 독거노인은 사회적 관심의 주요 대상이 되었으며, 이들에게는 전반적으로 외로움, 감정적 고립, 생활 질 저하 등의 문제가 나타나고 있다. 한편, AI 감정인식 기술은 얼굴 표정, 목소리, 신체 동작 및 생리 신호 등 다양한 데이터를 분석하여 사용자의 감정 상태를 실시간으로 인식하고, 독거노인의 감정적 요구를 해결하는 방안을 제시한다. 연구결과 기존 AI 상호작용 시스템은 UX 디자인에서 노인 사용자의 감정적 요구를 충족시키기에 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 독거노인의 감정적 요구를 수집하고 코딩한 후, 리커트 척도를 사용하여 설문 조사를 진행히였다. KANO 모델을 기반으로 사용자 요구를 분류 및 요약하고 Better-Worse 계수를 계산하여 사용자 요구의 우선순위를 도출했고, 이를 통해 이들을 위한 디자인 전략 수립에 시사점을 제시했다. 본 연구를 통하여 독거노인의 AI 감정 상호작용에 대한 구체적인 요구 특성을 밝혀내고, AI 감정인식 기술의 UX 디자인 최적화 전략을 제시하며, 감정적 복지를 향상시키기 위한 AI 시스템 개선 연구의 기초를 마련하였다.

영문 초록

With the aging population, the living alone have become a target of social concern. Overall, they are experiencing problems such as loneliness, isolation, and poor quality of life. AI emotion recognition technology analyzes data such as facial expressions, voice, movements, and physiological signals to recognize the emotional state of users in real time, and proposes a solution to address the emotional needs. The results show that existing AI systems are insufficient to meet the emotional needs of users in UX design. This study collected and coded the emotional needs, and conducted a survey. Based on the KANO model, user needs were classified and summarized, and the Better-Worse coefficient was calculated to prioritize user needs, which has implications for design strategies for the elderly. Through this study, we identified the specific needs of elderly people living alone for AI emotional interaction, provided strategies for optimizing the UX design of AI emotion recognition technology, and laid the foundation for research on improving AI systems to enhance emotional well-being.
