국문 초록

본 연구는 AI 시대에 학생들의 창의력 증진을 위해 이순신 리더십의 핵심 요소를 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 한 교육 프로그램을 설계·운영하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구결과, 이순신이 보여준 전략적 사고, 결단력, 소통·협업 능력 등은 단순한 역사적 사실을 넘어 현대 교육 현장에서 학생들의 창의적 문제해결력과 리더십 함양에 큰 시사점을 제공함을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, AI 기술과의 융합을 통한 시뮬레이션 및 사례기반 학습 프로그램은 학생들이 실질적인 체험을 통해 도전 정신과 혁신적 사고를 기를 수 있는 효과적인 교육 모델임을 도출하였다. 이론적으로 본 연구는 역사적 리더십 원칙과 최신 AI 기술의 융합을 통한 창의력 개발 교육 모델을 제시함으로써, 전통과 현대의 접목을 통한 새로운 교육 패러다임을 모색하는 데 이바지하였다. 실무적으로는, 이순신의 리더십 사례를 기반으로 한 교육 프로그램이 학생들의 문제 해결능력, 협업 및 소통 역량을 향상하며, 궁극적으로 미래 사회의 주도적 인재양성에 이바지할 수 있음을 시사하였다. 이를 통해 학교 교육과정 내에서 혁신적 리더십 교육이 실현될 수 있는 구체적인 방향을 제시할 수 있었다. 이러한 본 연구의 성과에도 이순신의 리더십 사례를 현대 교육에 적용하는 데 있어 역사적 맥락의 차이와 교육프로그램의 효과를 객관적으로 측정하기 위한 제한된 자료 및 파일럿 프로그램의 규모 등 몇 가지 한계점을 내포하고 있다. 또한, 창의력과 리더십과 같은 추상적 개념의 정량적 평가에 어려움이 있으며, 문화적·교육적 배경에 따라 적용 가능성이 다를 수 있다는 점도 고려하지 못했다. 이에 향후 연구에서는 관련 파일럿 프로그램을 보다 다양한 학교와 연령대에 적용하고, 장기적인 교육 효과를 평가할 수 있는 체계적인 연구 설계를 마련할 필요가 있다. 또한, AI 기술, 역사 교육, 리더십 개발 등 다학제적 접근을 통한 융합 교육 모델을 보다 정교하게 개발하고, 다양한 협업 도구와 실시간 피드백 시스템을 도입하여 교육 효과를 극대화할 필요가 있다. 특히, 창의력과 리더십 함양 효과를 보다 정확하게 측정할 수 있는 평가 도구와 지표를 개발하여, 교육프로그램의 효과를 객관적으로 검증할 수 있는 연구가 필요하다고 제안한다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to analyze the core elements of Admiral Yi Sun-sin’s leadership to foster student creativity in the AI era, and to design and implement an educational program based on these elements. The results revealed that Admiral Yi Sun-sin’s strategic thinking, decisiveness, communication, and collaboration skills go beyond mere historical facts and offer significant implications for fostering students’ creative problem-solving and leadership skills in modern education. Furthermore, simulation and case-based learning programs integrated with AI technology were found to be effective educational models that foster students’ spirit of challenge and innovative thinking through hands-on experience. Theoretically, this study proposed a creativity development educational model that integrates historical leadership principles with cutting-edge AI technology, contributing to the exploration of a new educational paradigm that integrates tradition and modernity. Practically, it suggests that educational programs based on Admiral Yi Sun-sin’s leadership can enhance students’ problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills, ultimately contributing to the development of future leaders. Future research should expand the pilot program to a wider range of schools and age groups, and develop a systematic research design to evaluate its long-term educational impact. Furthermore, a more sophisticated integrated educational model utilizing a multidisciplinary approach, including AI technology, history education, and leadership development, should be developed. Furthermore, diverse collaboration tools and real-time feedback systems should be introduced to maximize educational effectiveness. In particular, we suggest the development of evaluation tools and indicators that can more accurately measure the effectiveness of fostering creativity and leadership, enabling research that objectively verifies the effectiveness of educational programs.
