국문 초록
Innovation ability is extremely crucial for the personal growth and progress of university students. making How to cultivate their innovative thinking a hot topic. As a advanced teaching theory, effective teaching theory emphasizes the influence of teacher’s teaching behavior on the development of student’s learning abilities, and helps to enhance student’s innovative thinking. In this paper, according to the role of effective teaching theory in cultivating student’s innovative thinking , the methods and countermeasures for utilizing effective teaching theory enhance innovative thinking of university students are studied from the formulation of teaching plans ,the selection of effective teaching strategies, the setting of innovative questions and team collaboration tasks,etc. The results can provide theoretical guidance and reference for university teachers to scientifically apply effective teaching theories to enhance student’s innovative thinking, And have certain reference value and significance for universities to improve teaching methods and promote the improvement of teaching quality.
영문 초록
创新能力对于高校学生的个人发展和成长极为重要,使得如何培养学生的创新思维成为研究热点。作为一种较为先进的教学理论,有效教学理论强调通过教师的教学行为影响学生学习能力的养成,有助于提升学生的创新思维。本文依据有效教学理论对学生创新思维培养的作用,从课程计划制定、有效教学策略选择、创新性问题设置和团队协作任务等方面出发研究运用有效教学培养高校学生创新思维的方法和对策,研究结果可为高校教师科学运用有效教学理论提升学生创新思维提供理论指导和参考依据,对于高校改进教学方法,促进教学质量提升有一定的借鉴作用和意义。
