강의 요약 활동을 통한 대학생과 교수자의 교육적 효과 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 G시 S대학교 유아교육과 학생들이 3학기 3개 과목에서 ‘강의 요약 3가지’ 활동을 수행하고 효과를 탐색하였다. ‘강의 요약 3가지’를 통한 학생들의 교육적 효과는 지식의 재구성과 핵심 내용 파악 능력 향상, 기록을 통한 자기 주도성과 창의성 증진, 학생들의 자기효능감 및 성찰적 성장이 촉진되었다. 교수자의 교육적 효과는 학생 이해도 제고 및 피드백 전략 개선, 교수법 성찰과 재설계가 이루어졌고, 교수-학생 간의 신뢰 형성과 상호작용이 강화되었다. 본 연구의 ‘강의 요약 3가지’는 학습에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인 중 하나이고 유아교육과 학생들을 대상으로 이루어졌기에 일반화에는 한계를 가진다. 후속연구에서는 성찰 기반에 대한 척도를 개발하여 양적연구를 진행함으로써 결과를 더욱 명확히 도출할 것을 제언하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This study explored the educational effects of the “Three-Point Lecture Summaries” activity implemented by students at S University in G City across three subjects during the third semester. The outcomes for students included, restructuring of knowledge and improved ability to identify core content, enhancement of self-initiative and creativity through written summaries, and increased self-efficacy and reflective growth. Instructors also experienced professional growth, such as, improved understanding of students’ learning, refinement of feedback strategies, deeper insight into teaching methods and instructional redesign, and strengthened rapport and interaction with students. While the “Three-Point Lecture Summaries” activity is one of many factors influencing learning, the study's focus on early childhood education students limits the generalizability of its findings. Future research should develop a reflection-based assessment scale and conduct quantitative studies to yield more robust conclusions.
