제주 여성의 미래 유망직종 발굴을 위한 델파이조사 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 제주지역 여성이 미래사회 변화 속에서 일자리에서 소외되지 않고 여성의 경제활동을 활성화하기 위하여 제주 여성 미래 유망직종을 발굴하고, 일자리로 연계될수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 했다. 이를 위하여 일자리 및 신직업, 직업교육훈련 관련 전문가 20명을 대상으로 델파이조사를 실시하여 제주 여성 유망직종을 발굴했다. 조사 결과, 제주 20~39세 여성 유망직종은 1위가 소셜미디어전문가, 2위가 디지털콘텐츠기 획자로 선정됐고, 제주 40~59세 여성 유망직종은 1위가 케어코디네이터, 2위가 치매 전문인력으로 선정됐다. 제주 여성 유망직종의 활성화 방안으로는 디지털 분야 직업교 육훈련을 위한 강사 및 인프라 지원, 직업교육훈련 과정에서 일자리 연계 지원, 제주 여성 유망직종 시범사업 운영 등을 제안했다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to discover Jeju women's future promising jobs and suggest support measures so that Jeju women will not be excluded from jobs in the changes in future society and women's economic activities can be activated. To that end, a delphi survey was conducted with 20 experts in jobs, new jobs and vocational education and training to discover Jeju women’s promising jobs. As a result of the survey, social media specialists were ranked first and digital content planners were ranked second among promising jobs for Jeju women aged 20-39, while care coordinators were ranked first, and dementia specialists were ranked second among promising jobs for Jeju women aged 40-59. As ways to activate promising jobs for Jeju women, support for instructors and infrastructures for digital job training, support for job linkage in the process of job training, and the operation of a pilot project for promising jobs for Jeju women were proposed.
