태권도 격파지도자의 전문성에 관한 질적연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 태권도 격파지도자의 전문성 구성요인과 중요요인을 파악하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구의 목적을달성하기 위해 문헌연구와 심층면담을 활용하여 결과를 도출하였다. 심층면담을 위해 현재 태권도 격파 지도현장에서활동하고 있는 지도자 6인과 선수 2인 총 8인의 태권도 격파 전문가로 구성하였다. 구체적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도 격파지도자 전문성 구성요인은 7가지 지도능력 하위요인 5가지, 경험 하위요인 5가지, 선수관리 하위요인 5가지, 진로제시 하위요인 3가지, 지도자 자기개발 하위요인 3가지, 태도 하위요인 4가지, 신뢰성 하위요인 6가지로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도 격파지도자 전문성 구성요인에 대한 중요요인을 산출한 결과 지도능력 1순위, 선수관리2순위, 경험 3순위, 신뢰성 4순위, 태도 5순위, 진로제시 6순위, 지도자 자기개발 7순위로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the components, key factors, and challenges associated with the professional competence of Taekwondo breaking instructors. To achieve this, a combination of literature review and in-depth interviews was employed. The qualitative data were collected from eight Taekwondo breaking experts, consisting of six active instructors and two athletes currently involved in the field. The findings are as follows: First, seven core components of professional competence were identified—(1) instructional ability (5 sub-factors), (2) experience (5 sub-factors), (3) athlete management (5 sub-factors), (4) career guidance (3 sub-factors), (5) self-development (3 sub-factors), (6) attitude (4 sub-factors), and (7) credibility (6 sub-factors). Second, the components ranked in order of perceived importance were: instructional ability (1st), athlete management (2nd), experience (3rd), credibility (4th), attitude (5th), career guidance (6th), and self-development (7th).
